Our fees reward commitment: the earlier you enrol and the more you settle upfront, the more you save - every step down the table costs strictly less than the one above it.

The enrolment fee applies per child. The family saving is applied to hub fees first; the upfront saving is then applied to the reduced amount.

Three ways to pay less
Enrol early
Enrol by 30 November. Your enrolment fee drops from R2 000 to R1 250, and your upfront saving doubles from 5% to 10%.
Pay the year upfront
We waive the enrolment fee and take 5% off your hub fees - or 10% if you also enrolled by 30 November.
More than one child?
Every additional learner from the same family receives 5% off hub fees, on both Standard Hub Access and Extended Aftercare.
The fine print
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and refunds
- Enrolment may be cancelled at any time before the end of the academic year by giving one (1) calendar month’s written notice.
- On cancellation, hub fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis - you are charged only for the months of access up to and including the one-month notice period, and any balance already paid for later months is refunded.
- The enrolment fee is non-refundable and is retained in all cases.
- Where a discounted upfront full-year payment has been made, the pro-rata refund is calculated on the standard (undiscounted) monthly rate for the months used, as the upfront saving is conditional on completing the full year.
Payments and arrears
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these payment terms. Monthly fees are due in advance on the agreed date each month.
Should an account fall into arrears, access to the hub may be temporarily suspended until the account is brought up to date. Access resumes once all outstanding amounts have been settled.
Enrolment fee
The enrolment fee is a once-off, non-refundable charge payable per learner on enrolment. Enrolling on or before 30 November secures the reduced early-bird rate.
Upfront payment saving
A 5% saving applies to hub fees when the full year is settled upfront (10% when combined with early-bird enrolment). The enrolment fee is waived on all upfront full-year payments.
Family saving
A 5% saving applies to hub fees for each additional child from the same family, across all payment paths and on Extended Aftercare.
Nature of the service
High Achievers Hub is a supportive supervision facility, not a registered school or curriculum provider. Learners remain registered with, and complete the curriculum of, their own chosen online school or curriculum provider. The hub provides the workspace, daily academic guidance and framework monitoring.
General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior understanding. Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change for future academic years.
Important to understand
Parents retain full legal responsibility to register their child as an independent learner with the Department of Education, and to purchase their own curriculum from a third-party provider.
